It flags provenance that does not add up and holdings that need a second opinion. A human appraiser reviews every flag, and nothing goes live without sign-off. The machine does the breadth; the specialist does the judgement.

Once a piece is listed, the curator keeps working — matching it not to the highest bidder, but to the owner whose taste and setting it fits best.

Most galleries show you what walked through their door. Atelier's curator goes the other way: it ranges across auction houses, private sales, estate clearances and global inventory, looking for undervalued works that fit a collector's brief.
